Project Description:

Located in a quaint Hertfordshire village, this project required the renovation and restoration of a redundant pub into a substantial family dwelling, as well as the erection of four new-build cottages with associated car parking and amenity spaces. In the heart of a conservation area, the brief required a traditional appearance with use of conservation materials on the exterior of the dwellings. Internally, the cottages and the converted pub boast modern stylings and finishes.
