Project Description:

Tucked behind an existing terrace of dwellings in a leafy part of Tooting Bec, this project was to create two new build, infill dwellings in place of some redundant garages and outbuildings. The properties were designed to be sunk into the ground in order to reduce the visual impact on the existing terrace and surrounding properties. Both of these properties were finished to a high specification by the developer and sold on the open market.
